Use the Specific Aims subsection to describe any modifications in the specific aims of the project from those listed in the original proposal or to state that the aims have not been modified.
About this screen
At any time, you can audit the subsection, move on to another subsection, use the Show Form button to view data on proposal forms, or return to the proposal Main Menu. Only information you have posted to the proposal with the Next button will be saved to the proposal.
To enter data
Enter information related to the project's aims as described in the Specific Aims box heading. Click the Next button to add the information to the proposal.
To edit previously entered data
Add to, edit, or delete information as necessary. Click the Next button to overwrite the old data.
Tips on data entry
Specific Aims box :The box is scrollable and will accept all entered text, independent of the two-page limit. When you audit the Progress Report section, EGMS will alert you if the two-page limit has been exceeded.
